RETURN POLICY FOR ONLINE PURCHASES
You must return from the following link: return or exchange an item. You will need your email address and order number to make your request. Following your request, we will approve your request for return or exchange as soon as possible. You will then receive an email with a prepaid return label. You have up to 30 days after the shipping date to return.
*Restrictions: Final sale on any merchandise reduced by 50% or more.
The goods must be in perfect resale condition in their original box and must not have been carried or damaged. Returned items must be accompanied by a valid receipt.
RETOURS BY POSTE: $5 fixed fee.
RETOURS IN MAGASIN: Free
Please note that due to COVID-19, the repayment period may take a little longer than usual. Thank you for your understanding. You will receive a refund confirmation email.
Please note that the initial shipping fee is not refunded and a $5 fee is deducted from any refund by mail.

We guarantee the satisfaction of our customers. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are allowed to exchange for an item of the same value or a refund. However, the return of the item or items is at the customer's expense. We accept exchanges or refunds for a period of 15 days following the purchase. The item must be returned in its original condition, either with its packaging or its box. If so, we may refuse a refund or exchange. We will contact you by email when we have received your shipment and processed your refund/exchange. Delivery costs will be subtracted from the refund.
For any defects or errors, you should contact us at 514-288-5379 within 15 days of purchase and we will be happy to give you instructions to follow.
With the item returned, write down the reason for your dissatisfaction. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items, which is why we recommend using a reliable shipping method with a tracking number. Any damaged product will not be exchanged or refunded.
An administration fee of CDN$3.00 for Canada and CDN$5.00 for other countries will be applicable to any refund on items on sale at the L'Art des Artisans du Québec boutique.
FREE RETURN IN-STORE
A refund will be issued if the item is returned to the Store le Le Sabotier (Desjardins Complex, 150 st. Catherine O. Montreal) within 10 days of the date of receipt of the goods. The goods must be returned in their original state (unused) as well as in its original packaging. You will need to have the original invoice. The delivery fee will not be refunded if applicable.
RETURN BY MAIL
To return by Posts Canada, Purolator, UPS etc. you will need to contact us, either by phone at 514.285.6355 or by email at email@example.com, within 10 days of the date of receipt of the goods. You will need to mention the order number, your name, your co-ordinated
Refund within 48 hours of purchase.

Exchange or refund within 10 days of purchase and upon presentation of cash register invoices. The product must be in its original packaging. The refund will be made by the same method of payment as the original purchase. No amount of money will be returned during an exchange. Redemption only when the purchase was made using a Complexe Desjardins gift card. No exchange or refund on the following products:
- Calendars / Agendas
- Seasonal products
- Promotional products
- Sale products
- Shopping bags / Boxes for goods
- Helium balloons

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you may return for a full refund for exchange: Unworn, unaltered and unwashed merchandise with all tags attached and in original condition within 15 days from date of delivery.

Exchange or refund
Merchandise can be refunded or exchanged by providing the original sales receipt within 10 days of purchase.
Merchandise must be unused, in its original packaging and suitable for resale. For hygiene measure, no exchange or refund will be authorized for hair brushes, combs or nail polish. Refund will be made on the exact same tender as the original transaction tender. The refunded amount will reflect the price of the item at the time of purchase and any applicable taxes.
Jacques Despars will honor the manufacturer’s warranty and replace defective electrical devices that are covered. A warranty applies when a failure or malfunction occurs during
the warranty period of your device. The device’s defect must be ascertained at the time of the return.
Warranties will be honored with receipt only.
