Delivery costs are based on the distance, package size and weight, and the shipping method chosen. 

We pretty much ship anywhere. That said, when an order is placed from outside our main shipping area (the Island of Montreal), shipping time and cost will depend on the distance to destination. We will always tell you what the delivery time and cost will be before your complete your order.

If you chose Express delivery, you will receive your order in less than 24 hours.*For Standard or Carbon Zero delivery, we guarantee that your order will ship within 24 hours. Our delivery policy varies depending on the delivery method chosen.

Pickup service

You can come and pick up your order directly at the Customer Service desk of Complexe Desjardins. If you choose the pickup option, you will receive a confirmation via email or SMS when your order is ready. For more information on this option, click here.

Customer service is available 7 days a week during the following hours (except public holidays) :  
- Monday to Wednesday, 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.  

- Thursday and Friday, from 9:30 a.m. to 9:15 p.m. 

- Saturday, 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.  

- Sunday, 12 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
